Security & Data Privacy

A mirror that sees a shopper's body is a privacy product before it is a commerce product. Nova6 is designed so your legal, security, and DPO teams can say yes.
Consent before capture
No shopper is scanned without an explicit, revocable opt-in at the mirror. Sessions can run anonymously with no profile created.
Biometric data minimisation
Body and fit measurements are derived and stored as abstracted parameters. Raw imagery is processed for the session and discarded by default — never used to train shared models.
Regional data residency
EU shopper data stays in EU infrastructure. Deployments are architected for GDPR, CCPA, and state biometric statutes including Illinois BIPA.
Retailer-owned data
Your catalog, your customers, your signals. Encrypted in transit and at rest, exportable on request, deleted on termination. Nova6 never resells shopper data.
Formal certifications (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001) are in progress ahead of general availability. Current controls, DPIA templates, and our data-processing agreement are shared under NDA during enterprise evaluation.
